As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped twice a week and the customer will receive them within 5 – 7 days from ordering. International shipping times may differ according to the location. All orders are shipped from our studio in Delhi using the best couriers partners and for international orders tie up with other reputed shipping companies. In case the customer requires the delivery to be done urgently, we will have to be notified 2 days in advance.
Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card or debit card. Once shipped please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

- A flat shipping fee of USD 15 is applied to international orders below the total cart size of USD 200.
- International orders take 10-12 business days to be delivered.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope you love your Turn Black wood piece. We do not provide exchanges/returns on the wood items (serveware, furniture, etc). Every piece is meticulously handcrafted and takes weeks to finish. However, damaged or defective pieces will be replaced by an identical item. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be offered in the original form of payment.
A return cannot be made because of variations in the grain or pattern of materials like wood, concrete, upholstery, etc. With handmade objects, variations in form, color, and finish are also normal.
Due to alterations in temperature and humidity, wood is a natural substance that can shift in all directions depending on moisture. Even though the wood we use has been dried to the proper moisture content, there is still a chance of warping, shrinking, and dimension changes, especially if the furniture is being delivered to a climate that is different from the one in which it was manufactured. We cannot accept returns based on weather variations; dealing with moisture problems will typically fix the problem.
We take great effort to carefully pack and crate our creations to guard against damage while in transportation. It is your obligation to inspect each item upon arrival of your items, and those that are damaged shouldn’t be signed for. If your product arrives in a different condition, please get in touch with us within 48 hours and send a photo of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone from our team will then recommend the best course of action, which may include a return or repair.
