No, there is absolutely no additional cost for sizes that are not mentioned in our size chart.

- My order is placed. What happens next?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped twice a week and the customer will receive it within 5 – 7 days from ordering.

The style of a garment affects the material, and the material is a significant part of the look of the garment. Typical clothing materials used by us range from flax, linen, chanderi, linen cotton to viscose, Every product on the site mentions the material(s) used.
- What is the wash care that needs to be followed?
The maintenance of every garment is essential. For every product, we provide a wash and care section on the site.
- What are the shipping charges and delivery time?
A flat shipping fee of USD 15 is applied to international orders below total cart size of USD 200. International orders mostly take 7-10 business days to be delivered.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name. Please visit the courier partner website (FedEx, DHL) and enter the AWB no. in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
- Who will deliver my order?
We partner with registered international courier companies to deliver your order. Please do not accept damaged or tampered delivery packages.
- Where is my order processed from?
Orders are processed both from our warehouse in Delhi, India.

Yes, we make all our pieces in every size. If your size falls outside our size chart, drop us an email at email@example.com or simply mention your measurements once you checkout.

No, there is absolutely no additional cost for sizes outside our size chart. We are proud to have celebrated size-inclusivity ever since we started as a brand
- Do you customise pieces?
Yes, we do all kinds of customisation. You can always mention your measurements once you place an order and we can have the piece made accordingly.
- Can I return a customised item?
No, a customised item can’t be returned unless the product is faulty.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to more than 230 countries. At checkout, when entering your shipping address, you will be able to select your home country from the drop-down list.
- Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No, it is not possible for us to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
- How does one qualify for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping, your product total after any discount should be above USD 200.
- Can I return a piece I received?
There is only exchange available and no return, unless the piece is faulty. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the piece, the cost of shipping of the exchanged piece sent, will be borne by us.
- What payment method is accepted at Turn Black?
We accept Master/Visa credit cards and debit cards. We also have an option of PayPal, net banking and Cash on Delivery for our customers.

- Do you deliver out of India?
Yes, we ship to almost all major countries & Free shipping for all orders. All the international payments are accepted via Paypal. Please be aware that the shipping charges mentioned are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.
- Is the shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card.

- What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?
Every time an order is undelivered, we ensure that it is reattempted according to the customer’s given day and time.
- What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Delhi using best Couriers partners and for international orders ties up other reputed shipping companies. Once shipped please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination. In case the customer requires the delivery to be done urgently, we will have to be notified 2 days in advance.
- How do I return the product/s?
If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, drop us a line within three days of receiving the product. We would be happy to provide a refund or exchange. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. We accept returns within 12 days.
- How do I exchange the product/s?
