All items on sale are non-returnable but can be exchanged for a different size in same style only, chances are you won’t have to return the garment.

Delivery – At Turn Black, we ensure delivery in 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
Return and exchange:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Turn Black. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, drop us a line within three days of receiving the product. We would be happy to provide refund or exchange. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by customer.
Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned new and unused as Turn Black holds the right to not to accept returns in case product is used or damaged by customer. We accept return within 12 days. And the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.Please do not if not received within 12 days, no exchange or return will be entertained.
Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke or customised item unless the product is faulty or not as described.
