At Turn Black, we craft each piece with intention and care. From hand-stitched garments to hand-finished woodwork, everything we offer is built to last—and we’re committed to a transparent, respectful, and fair experience for every customer.

Clothing – Domestic & International

  • Sale items are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged for a different size of the same style.

  • All requests must be raised within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@turnblack.in or call +91 8800403077.

  • After confirmation, we’ll share our Delhi-based return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will ship within 5–7 business days.

  • Returns will be issued as store credit. Refunds are not offered.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be in unused, unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Customised clothing is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective. However, we offer two free alterations on custom pieces.

  • Final Sale and gifted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Wooden Serveware & Furniture

  • Due to their handcrafted nature, all wooden items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Natural variations in grain, texture, and tone are expected and celebrated as part of the design.

  • Minor warping or shifting due to humidity or climate is natural and not considered a defect.

  • If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@turnblack.in with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • If confirmed, we will replace the item, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

  • Please do not accept or sign for visibly damaged packages. Refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Shipping, Customs & Delivery Timelines

We ship worldwide, using reliable courier partners. Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can monitor the delivery.

  • Domestic delivery: 5– 7 business days for clothing & 15 -20 days for wooden

  • International delivery: 7–10 business days for clothing & 15 -25 days for wooden

Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on product availability or customisations.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are $15 below $200 and above that it is free.

  • Orders above $ 200 qualify for free shipping (visible during checkout).

Customs, Duties & VAT

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are imposed by your local authorities and are not included in our listed prices.

  • These are to be paid by the customer upon delivery, directly to the courier partner or customs office.

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and they vary by country.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or dropbox addresses.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or re-shipping charges.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
