Clothing – Domestic & International
– Sale items are non-returnable, but can be exchanged for a different size (same style) up to two times.
– All requests must be raised within 15 days of receiving the order.
– Email info@turnblack.in or call +91 8800403077 to initiate a return or exchange.
– Exchanges: After receiving your request, we’ll share our return address in Delhi. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
– Returns: You’ll receive a store credit once we’ve received and approved the return. Refunds are not offered.
– Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
– All garments must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging intact.
– Customised clothing cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Up to 2 free alterations are allowed per custom piece.
– Final Sale items and gifted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Wooden Serveware & Furniture
– Returns or exchanges are not accepted for wooden items due to their handcrafted nature.
– Variations in wood grain, color, or finish are natural and not valid reasons for return.
– Wood may shift slightly with climate and moisture — this is expected and not considered a defect.
– If an item arrives damaged, contact us at info@turnblack.in within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement if possible, or offer a refund if not.
– Please do not sign for damaged shipments upon delivery.
